The Anodian Recon Division is the only military force that has living foot soldiers and the only force used for reconnaissance and exploring on other planets. The units always travel on foot when on duty to minimize casualties due to threatful appearance such as tanks and heavy equipment.
Unlike scouts, they have powerful assault rifles for dire situations and utility helmets with advanced computers that scouts the environment for potential threats and immediately informs the soldier about any possible danger in the area.
